3 week sessions are offered by combining 1st and 2nd session, 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th sessions.

Horseback Riding: An additional fee of $85.00 will be required.
Competition Day is for 2 week sessions only.
All health forms must be current and notarized.
"Is your $200.00 enclosed?" The remaining balance is due June 1, 2012 or when you bring your daughter to camp.

Please send your application with a $200.00 deposit . All deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total tuition. When your deposit is received, we will send your child's health form. You may mail or bring your health form to camp on the first day of your camp session. There are no reductions for late arrivals or early departures. If you have need for cancellation, refunds will be given if notice of cancellation is one month prior to the camp date. Campers should arrive between 1:30 and 4:00 P.M. On Sunday, the first day of camp and picked up before noon on Saturday, the last day of camp. The camp may send a child home for any behavior detrimental to the camp community at the sole discretion of the Camp Director.
I further agree that Camp Dovewood may use photographs of my child for public relations purposes.

Directions to Camp Dovewood

When exiting off of I-75 at exit 399 go west for about 5 miles. Take the left fork in front of a Chevrolet dealership and stay on this road all the way into the town of Branford. Turn right (north) at the blinking light by the Steamboat Inn. Go about 5 miles to the blinking light in OBrien and turn left (west). Go 3/4 mile and turn left (south). Go another 3/4 mile and you're there.
What to Bring to Camp Dovewood
Please label all clothing and personal belongings.
No radio, cell phones, CD players or ipods
Bedding: One set of sheets for each week of camp, pillow, pillow case, light blanket or spread, mattress pad optional
Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap.
Shorts and shirts, 2 swimsuits - no bikinis
Jeans and other camp clothes Boots (not with high heels) if you are taking riding
Optional riding helmet. (We have some at camp.)
Ballet slippers, if taking ballet--you may bring tap shoes and toe shoes. If you have a ballet
costume, bring it.
Bible
Notarized Health form
1 laundry bag
Bring your digital camera if you have one and are taking photography.
A trunk, or suitcase, or large plastic container for your clothes.
Smile and five different peanut pal gifts. (peanut pals are like secret pals) One day we draw
names and during the day , the Girls give another girl little gifts during the day to make her day
special. (Inexpensive fun items from the dollar store or Bible Book Store)
Flashlight
Sleeping bag for the two week sessions only
Comb and brush
Socks
2 pairs of tennis shoes
5 towels (please label)
Postcards and stamps
One nice outfit
Water Bottle
No phone calls except for emergencies and for campers staying more than one week. You can send e-mails and we will deliver.
Price includes a Dovewood T-shirt to be worn on competition day and picture day.
